Banana Blueberry Smoothie
- 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 8 oz. plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2c. orange juice or milk (soy milk works too)
- 1/2 c. ice
- 2 T. lavender sugar
- Blend together ingredients in blender and enjoy.
Options:
- Fresh or frozen peaches, strawberries, mixed berries or pineapple can be substituted for banana or blueberries.
- A scoop of protein powder.
- Drizzle of honey.
